Tidy Up

So I have been updating and refreshing some of the pages, because they are a bit old and crappy. Its not all finished yet.

Site Changes

o portal - went through and updated the help/faq part and also tidied up the join form. I finally made my join form nice! I added a "where did you see my site from" question, just because it interests me how people got here and found my site. All my portal pages got filled up and finally made 2 new blank pages. There is now 10 pages to the portal! Unfortunately updating it and adding two more, messed up the page menu's! I also realised there is no page numbers, so its hard to know what page you are currently on, so made new menus and numbering.

o website section has two new pages, one for all the web rings to finally link them and also one for linking me, with link buttons and graphics :)

The other pages will get updated and tidied up at some point too, before I start making new stuff.
